All orders are handled with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is prepared for dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region.
We aim to keep international rates fair and transparent.
Free shipping promotions may apply during selected periods.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Duties & taxes

International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returned bedding must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To begin a return, please contact us at care@brut-studios.com, and we will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address for your region. All return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees for international shipments, are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges can be arranged in the same way and will be processed once the original item has been returned. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
